What expenses does the program involve?
Depending on the option you chose (Job Assistance or Self Placement), and also depending on either you have previously attended the program or not, the costs may vary, as it follows:
First-timer Self Placement (your first time in the program, but you have obtained the job offer on your own): 670 USD
First-timer Job Assistance (your first time in the program and you want a job offer obtained through us): 1020 USD
Returnee Self Placement (you have previously participated at the program and you have obtained your own job offer): 570 USD
Returnee Job Assistance (you have previously participated at the program, but you want a job offer obtained through us): 920 USD
TIP: carefully analyze the Job Assistance/SelfPlacement option, because on your decision will depend your whole experience
What do these costs include?
- The registration fee (300 lei) and the entire procedure of document processing
- Access to all our job offers and the placement (if you have chosen this option)
- Medical insurance for the entire period mentioned in the work permit
- Your work permit: DS-2019
- Preparing your file for the visa interview and the scheduling of the visa interview
- The online orientation session
- Assistance in reserving plane tickets and preferential fares
- Permanent support, both in Romania, until your departure, and in U.S.A., for the entire summer
The costs do not include:
- The SEVIS fee (in amount of 35$)
- Visa fee of 160$ (that you pay in the US embassy account)
- Return flight ticket
- Pocket money
